Contact

We've built lasting relationships over the years by making ourselves available in person.  As such, our preference is for you to call our office and let us know you have a project you'd like to discuss.  We will ask a few short questions about your project, and find a time that works for us to come visit your home or office.

Consult

During our consultation visit, we'll take measurements, photos, and discuss your vision.  If you're working with a contractor, feel free to invite them to this meeting as well ( Click HERE to view a list of Contractors we regularly work with ).  Our consultation usually takes about an hour, and we will help you develop an initial understanding of the possibilities, but also the constraints.  Some rooms or buildings may not allow for certain designs, so we will help you determine what is possible in your space, all the while keeping your initial vision in the forefront of our approach.

Question, Design, Quote

After the consultation, we head back to the shop and one of our artists will design a computer-generated drawing of what your finished project will look like.  Upon completion of this initial design, we will send you our artists' rendering for you to review.  If its everything you hoped for, GREAT!  If there are any changes that need to be made, we will work with you until its just right.  Once approved, we will send you a detailed quote highlighting your investment, as well as establish a timeline in which we will complete your project.

Fabrication

Upon approval of the design, we will begin crafting your design in the shop.  Always an exciting time in the shop, we invite you to come by and visit us during this process, so you can see your project evolve along the way!

Installation

After all the glue and finish are dry, we carefully load your finished project, and install it in your space as quickly as possible, taking care to ensure everything looks just as it should.  When all the dust is cleaned up, and we've snapped a few photos, we'll look you in the eye and shake your hand, and head back to the shop to begin work for our next client.
